So I know your hips and all your joints and the joys of your body loosening everything during pregnancy. K that aside though  towards the end of my second pregnancy the pain with my hips was absolutely excruciating. Like to the point when I would try and roll over to get up out of bed you could audibly hear a loud pop and I was in tears. So here comes baby number 3. I'm 15 weeks tomorrow and I can already feel the pain when I sit sideways or lay on my side and I'm worried, because I don't want to deal with that pain again. Any advice on something I can do or I don't know anything really I'm super nervous.
