when did your LO transition out of a swaddle?

My girl is a little over 3 months and has slept in a Love to Dream swaddle for at least the past 2 months (maybe more?). Lately she has been waking up a lot, and I've noticed the hand area of her swaddle is always wet, like she's trying to self soothe by putting her hands in her mouth after her paci falls out. I'm nervous to try putting her to sleep in anything else, but I'm also wondering if she would sleep longer if she could get her fingers in her mouth on her own.
