Please help!

So my cycle is usually 23 days my last cycle was 36. I was so hopeful that we were pregnant but after taking 8 test and hoping for two weeks aunt flow came to visit... After that is when I started using this app, so this is my first month using this app.  Needless to save I have been taking my temperature every morning with slight fluctuations and I took ovulation tests for 7 mornings in a row during my 'ovulation' time on the app but I never got a positive that I'm ovulating. What could this mean. I'm starting to get discouraged..
