I keep getting cramps and im 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant is this normal they don't hurt but feel like I'm coming on my period have awful backache too?? Thanks

I'll be 5 weeks I've been having cramps too. Mostly at night. From what I've read on here it's perfectly normal

Drink more water, for me it helps with the cramps :)

I had them off and on till about 13 weeks. As long as there's no bleeding my dr and specialist said it was normal.
