Possible miscarriage, doctor visit today..

Late Sunday evening my husband and I had intercourse. Monday morning I was bleeding bright red blood not heavy at first so I was wearing a panty liner. By the time I went to work that evening every 2 hours I was having to clean up and change the panty liner. At this point I was seeing clots one was of decent size so of course I know that most likely this is a miscarriage. That being said on Tuesday I called the ob/gyn to see what they thought. They have me going in today (thursday) to get examined. I would love to hear it isn't a miscarriage but I am almost certain it is. I am still bleeding today..but not heavy.. Prayers please and I'll keep you all posted.
