tampon brand recommendations

Question- so since my period has returned after having a baby it's been crazy heavy like crazy heavy like a super tampon doesn't even last an hour heavy. And I know that this may be in part due to the copper IUD that I have. But I've tried several different brands of tampons and they all seem to leak like when I pull them out there not even full but they're like not doing their job. So my question is are there any brands that are better for me I guess?
