Experiences with placenta previa?

Question

I found out yesterday that I have complete posterior placenta previa. I'm 22 weeks. Will go back in at 28 weeks. On pelvic rest right now. Not sure what I'd do if I have to be put on bed rest. I have a 2 and 4 year old and no family. Hubby works full time and can't take much time off. I'd love to hear of any and all experiences that others have had. Thank you!

This is my 3rd and both were easy, vaginal births and pregnancys with both and up until now with this one were amazing. I knew something bad was bound to happen eventually.

Discovered at 18 weeks... only moved a little by 24 weeks...recheck at 28 weeks in November.  Pelvic rest aka no sex.  That's my only restriction.  I'm planning on a repeat csection so I'm not worried about delivery.

I'm 21 weeks 2 days and have this too... I'm a first time mom and so worried! I don't have much advice or insight to offer but hope it all works out for the best for you. It seems the placenta can move as the uterus grows and the previa can resolve itself so fingers crossed! :)
