I need some help lady's... about discharge

A large mass rubbery, yellow and cloudy passed today. It was about the with of my hand, thick in the middle [thicker than a quarter] thinner and pointy on the ends. I had massive painful cramps before and after.... my period ended a week ago. I have. I have not been sexually active in 6 months.
