Freezer meals??

Question

Are you going to prep freezer meals for after baby??
I am having twins and expect chaos lol so id love to prep/freeze meals.

I have never gotten into this so i am not sure what freezes well. I do know im not a fan of most cooked then frozen pasta.

So far my list is:
*Enchiladas with homemade beans (both frozen)
*Manicotti or stuffed shells

Thats it 😞 Any ideas welcome! I dont eat meat or fish but my family does... I am good at making a meat meal meatless too so feel free to give meal ideas with meat😁

I do this now, I have for 3 years now. I plan to have extra stock dor when baby arrives in Dec/Jan. I don't cook and freeze the pasta part of the meal. I always cook it fresh but it takes 8-10 minutes and all I have to do is boil water and toss in the pasta. I prepare the meat with spices or sauce in a freezer bag and label what it is and what I'll need to complete the meal. 
Ex: Italian chicken- I'll put 4-5 chicken breasts in the bag raw, season them then pour the sauce in the bag and freeze it. I'll write '4 Italian chicken breasts' serve with pasta and broccoli' I buy frozen veggies so when I freeze the chicken, I'll put the broccoli next to it. When I buy the ingredients, I also buy the pasta so I have it on hand when I need it.

I make sauces for meals ahead of time and freeze them as well. Ex: alfredo sauce, spaghetti sauce, cheese sauce, gravy, etc. I measure it out in 1 1/2 cup portion freezer bags.

My family favs: Italian chix, Mexican chic,  shredded chix tacos, spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna (i use uncooked noodles for) alfredo chix, Tuscan garlic chix, coconut curry chix, pumpkin 'mac-n-cheese chic, Italian beef, cranberry pork loin, savory pork loin, BBQ chix, beef stroganoff, sloppy joes, shepherds pie, chili, bacon wrapped chix, and tangy meatballs.

I have at least 5 of any of These on hand at any time. Most of them I can toss in the crock pot in the AM and cook the sides to serve with it half an hour before dinner. Having to peel potatoes takes longest, but it's still easy compared to rummaging through the fridge trying to come up with an entire healthy meal for my family of six and spending an hour preparing it THEN having to cook it! I save money because I buy in bulk and when things are in sale. I spend a weekend afternoon preparing (3-4 hours) but I get 2+ weeks worth of different meals by doing it. I love it! I also feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when I look at my full freezer 😉

I'm to lazy to type stuff out today lol. Here was  a list I made up for my gf when she was pregnant. I wrote it while in a vehicle so it's not the prettiest 😶
Pinterest has lots of ideas too. There was alot of vegetarian ideas and stuff that we just don't really like eating but my sister was all over lol.

You can freeze soups and stews in single serving sizes and then microwave them when you're ready. I use silcone mini loaf pans to freeze servings and then put a bunch into large ziploc bags.

My mother in law loves to cook, so I told her I would buy all the produce for cooking up meals and we would make it a fun day of cooking. She plans to have 12 separate meals that can be divided in 4 so I can hibernate and eat when the baby comes 😂
