uti problems

My doctor prescribed me a antibiotics for a uti and starting a couple days after I took it, I started itching down there and it felt uncomfortable which I'm positive now it's a yeast infection. I read that some antibiotics can cause a yeast infection and idk what to do. I CANT get in with my doctor I already tried so does anybody have history on this?
