Knowledge About Proxeed

It's a type of medication for men infertility I believe, you pour the proxeed in water and drink it. My question is has anyone ever heard of this? My husband went to a doctor over seas because it's cheaper & was told to take this medicine for ten days after taking his antibiotics to treat high infection in semen analysis.
