Constipated and my kids and husband wont let me use the bathroom ugh

So this pregnancy has me so constipated and every time I try to go my son sits at the door calling Me and all of a sudden my daughter is sick and needs me (only when I go) and the. She needs to go potty (we have 2 bathroom) then my husband rushes me because he needs something he keep coming to the door so then it makes it hard for me to concentrate. Ugh. My mom told me to go in the bathroom and turn the shower on so they think I'm showering but they still bugg me joys of parenthood can't use the potty alone. Just love it
