Do I look pregnant or fat?

I was at work yesterday talking with my coworker about being excited to design the nursery. My boss walked by and said "oh you're pregnant, I thought you just got really fat!" I was really offended, but is he right? Do I look like I just gained alot of weight. Also, is this something I can report to HR? It seems like body shaming to me.
