Do you think we should give IUDs to all girls starting at age 13 to decrease unintentional teenage pregnancy

Just wondering. I think it would help our society overall. Maybe we can have parents opt their kids out or the kids can opt out themselves too at age 13. If there was a way to do this to boys, I would think it's a good idea too.
