This is bullshit.

If you actually do some research rather than believing something in a meme, you would know that there are over 10 000 species of bee, and that there have been multiple species of bee put on the endangered list in 06/07.

While it may be the first time that american honey bees have been added to the list of endangered species in the US, this is not the "first time ever" that bees have been added.

Obviously this is a problem regardless. We need to be saving the bees.

But for godsake can we actually spread accurate information rather than barely researched dribble from a meme?

Bees terrify me because I'm allergic to them and land in hospital after being stung, but I still care about them dying out, people should be protecting them instead of killing them off with pesticides and sprays, I have a huge flower garden and never use anything that will harm them. Wasps on the other hand...... I'd like to see them dissappear.

It's because of the pesticides used on the plants that bees pollinate. The bees will pollinate the plants and then later die.
