Back ache? 😩😬😔
Is there any type of cream/ heat pads you can use during pregnancy? My lower back has been in complete agony for over a week now and a hot water bottle is doing nothing! I'm 5 and a half months and barely have any sign of a bump so why does it hurt so bad? 😂 I have deep heat and deep heat pads at home which I haven't used as I've been told you can't. Please help lol!
