Tall and pregnant

I am 13 weeks pregnant and I am 6ft 3 in...not that height should matter, but in this case, I'm at a loss on what I should do for maternity clothes!! Holy cow, it's hard enough to find clothes long enough for me. I'm starting to come to terms with living in my leggings for 5.5 more months! At the same time I want to look nice! I wear 37 in inseam jeans and I have to special order my jeans....but now? I dunno. I'm not spending a ton of money on maternity clothing lol. Anyone else have the same problems?
