Should I call my Dr?

When I was pregnant with my first I had Braxton Hicks so I know what they feel like and have them often this time around... But once I was induced and in labor I had a lot of pressure and pain different from even real contractions in my bum... Felt like hard pushing in the space between my vagina and butt... I've been having that feeling all weekend and I'm 29&5. Some points where I don't want to sit or walk because it hurts so much.
