35weeks and uncomfortable

The past couple of days I have been noticibly uncomfortable. I've had BH for the last 3 months but these contractions are painful when they do come. I can't time them since they're so irregular so I know this isn't real labor. Today I have been incredibly crampy... enough that it hurts to stand up straight. Could this mean baby is just running out of room or am I seriously getting ready for the real thing?
