Boobs growing

For some reason my boobs decided to grow in when I turned 21 a few months ago. Well it was only my left boob. It grew significantly and quickly. I think my right one is about to start catching up. I have so much pain in it like I did with the left one. It hurts to lay on my stomach and it's just incredibly sore. What can I do for pain there?
