Looking for a IUI with Clomid cycle buddy

This is my first cycle for IUI. I am taking Clomid 50mg for 5 days and began that on Oct 8th (CD5). I'll be going in for bloodwork and a sonogram on Oct 13th (CD10). I will also have a trigger shot (Pregnyl). Anyone else on or close to my schedule? Or can shed some experience, success stories, advice, etc? We have been trying for 2 years and this last year has been rough. I was diagnosed with mild endometriosis and PID. I had a lap and hysteroscopy done in March 2016. We decided to keep trying naturally, but I'm so tired. So now, we're hoping with the IUI with meds, it'll give us that boost and perhaps become blessed with a miracle.
