So lost right now 😢😭

Had my 12 week apt today to listen to baby heartbeat.. couldn't find one so did an ultrasound right away. Baby only measured just over 8 weeks & had no heartbeat. Baby wasn't moving or anythin so I had a bad feeling😢... this will be my 2nd miscarriage & I'm so hurt & lost. We were soo excited to have our own little one on the way & so blessed. Today is one of the most difficult days of my life. I don't even want to talk to anyone knowin it will just make me breakdown. I still don't know if I want to see if it'll pass naturally or schedule D&C... 💔
