really sensitive nips

am I the only one who literally has to wear a sports bra or just a bra in general everyday & night? I wear sports bra at night but my nipples are so sensitive if I was to sleep in just a shirt and my nipples rubbed on something I'd either get turned on or just feel gross.. it's not like I have big titties either lol 32B!! but it's the same if I'm going out in pub, I see so many girls that go bra less and I wish I could too but if they rub up against something, CRINGY LOL
