PRESEED? HELPs or doesn't?

I'm ttc I was on depo which ended this month of October. I got depo due to being scared since I had my first miscarriage in February. I hadn't had AF since June, in September I spotted for like two days only. I started taking vitex 10/06/16 to get my AF. Yesterday I thought I got my AF but looks more like spotting. Started taking vitex and also a powder you mix in your drink for fertility. My question is how has preseed helped you all since I'm thinking of purchasing it to help me conceive?
