Early Labor!

So this is my 1st baby at 38wks and 6 days. I started having contractions early yesterday morning around 3 am. They were every 5 minutes so I went to l&d just to be told I wasn't dilated. Now I'm home been having stronger contractions all day and I tried taking two extra strength tylenol, which hasn't changed anything. I think I lost my plug earlier because I peed and heard a big plop in the toilet with a global of something. Just hoping my son comes soon. Gonna wait on my water to break to go to l&d again. Or unbearable contractions which is starting to happen..
