can't get my man off

I recently lost my virginity to a more experienced guy. When my friends first met him they thought he was gay but when we have sex he says he has never been more turned on. He always seems to be really into me like more into me than I am into him. However I haven't been able to get him to orgasm. He has lasted hours and hasn't come. Any advice on why or how to get him off would help. I'm new and don't know what I'm doing.
