I had my suspicions when bleeding started yesterday through the evening..and it was confirmed when I passed the fetal tissue today. I had just gotten back from the obgyn for a vaginal ultrasound and blood work also... this was my first pregnancy and I'm overwhelmed with grief. I'm feeling the pain for all women who have lost a pregnancy and are on the path to healing. Tonight, I will embrace the grieving process and just ride out the storm.
