What's a comfortable room temperature??

My roommate is over here dramatically blowing into her hands like she's in a sub zero temperatures with her hood up. It's 74 degrees. And that thermostat is NOT changing.

She says she prefers it to be 77-80 degrees like are you fuckin kidding me? I prefer 70, so 74 is on the warm side and a good compromise. And now she's complaining that is wayy too cold and she can't even study. What temp do you prefer?
