Try heaps of foreplay. 
licking, sucking, blindfolds.. then sex for the good part.. (baby making)

I have read that saliva kills sperm and not to have oral sex while trying. Maybe check into it to make sure.

Does he masterbate? Sometimes if he masterbate to much his grip with his hand is to tight and he becomes reliant on that. So an idea that has been mentioned before is to stop masterbation and sex for a week (assuming you are ovulating, good luck girl) and retrain him is a sense to be reliant on Intercourse for the purpose of TTC
