Breastfeeding

Ok ladies I had my gallbladder removed yesterday around 5-6 and the anesthesia nurse told me pump and dump twice and I should be good to feed again but my RN told me not too at all for 24 hours but my dear husband didn't pack. Enough milk so he only had 2 oz for his next feeding I'm pumping Right now for the second time. I'm really nervous because he needs to eat but I don't want my breast milk to be dangerous for him... Please help me idk what to do
