I didn't realize how much it would affect me!

3 years ago my older wiser neighbor told me she regretted losing her virginity so much so that 9 months later she had nightmares and would wake up terrified and confused looking for her baby (she was never pregnant) flash forward to this year. I lost my virginity almost 9 months ago and then had unprotected sex last weekend and he didn't pull out so I took plan b ,anyways, yesterday around 5pm I fell asleep and then had a dream about giving birth and all that and taking care of my baby and I woke up at 1am confused because I didn't know where my baby had gone. I went back to sleep and have woken up every hour like clockwork distressed. Is this normal?
