Vitex
Any experiences with taking Vitex while TTC? My cycle is very irregular after 10 years on birth control pill and my Pms symptoms are pretty severe. I would love to get pregnant but also just regulate my cycle decrease painful pms. Did you have any luck with either conceiving or regulating cycles while taking this?
