This is one of those colors  that you need to have done DAILY.  Doesnt really work  for lazy days.   So if you're not always dressed on point.  I wouldnt bother.

I personally like only the lighter undertones to it. I've only experienced with pastels though cause I'm pale as hell. I know this color would require a lot of upkeep. 
It's hard to say if it would suit you with the picture you provided though sorry.

But regardless, do what you want it's your hair. It does looks like a colour that will need constant work to keep it vibrant.
