Cysts

Hi, okay so I have been having sex recently but Friday, after that I had pain in my stomach, abdominal area which was weird for me. Recently I've been feeling really sick. A lot of nausea, having trouble keeping my food down, severe cramps, feeling very tired and peeing a lot more. I took a pregancy test and it came out negative, I also got my period right now. It's heavy flow. My cramps are fucking horrible. I csnt take the pain. I want to cry. I have had a history of cysts, I actually had surgery to remove a cyst the size of a huge orange when I was nine and after that I've had more cysts come and go, had 2 rupture. Im 17 now and im worried because I think my cyst is back. Any advice?
