ectopic

Has anyone ever had a ectopic caught early and they were able to save your baby or continue the pregnancy healthy? I have one tube only IV had a ectopic before but I'm worried it's happening again. But if it does is that it? Do they take out my other tube and them I'm unable to ever have kids?! I'm very worried and most likly will be going to the hospital today or tmrw but I just want to know what to kinda expect I'm very worried I'm having a ectopic and I won't be able to have kids after this if so!
