do I have a yeast infection?

A couple days ago I had noticed my vagina gettting a little irritated after masturbation. Not yesterday but the day before after I masturbated it was very inflamed. The whole day it was itchy. I didn't masturbate last night and it's still itchy on the outer top part of my lips and by my clit. It's also very red. It doesn't burn when I pee and I can't see any discharge. Ive also been in the process of growing out my pubic hair for about a month. I have wax I have later this week.
