6 weeks pregnant..

So I'm currently 6weeks pregnant. I feel absolutely nothing, I've had some cramps most days and my boobs are sore and tender but apart from that I feel no different to when I was not pregnant. I have my first appointment with the midwife on the 28th then we will arrange my first scan but I'm scared I'm going to go to the scan and there will be no baby :( anyone else thought this before or am I worrying to much? 🤔🤔 I've had no bleeding what so ever either.
