baby dropped

hey guys so my boy has been low my whole pregnancy but all day today, he's been EXTRA low and i've been having a ton of pressure like he's literally just gonna fall out. and i've also been having contractions that i'm assuming (hoping) are just braxton hicks. i'm only 29 weeks and i'm worried about preterm labor so just thought i'd share and maybe save a trip to l&d. please reply
