What time do you mommas sleep??😇😊💙

Mums to be, I've noticed myself being 26+5 pregnant that I'm tired all the time.... What time do you sleep ? Has it changed or got earlier compared to when you slept before you was pregnant ?😴😴😴💙💙

1st trimester I'd fall asleep by 8:30pm lol it got later around the 2nd trimester usually midnight or just before but now in my 3rd trimester I don't fall asleep until 3/4am 😩

My husband works late, sometimes until 1 or 2 am, so we live on an alternate schedule. We wake up between 11a-12p and don't go to bed until 3-4am. The thing that has changed with my sleep is that before pregnancy I never took naps, ever! They make me too groggy and I get grumpy when I wake up, lol. But now I nap for 20-45 minutes liiiiterally 5 times a day! It cracks my husband up I can never get enough sleep!

I work 1:30 pm-10 pm so I'm bed around 11-11:30 ans up at 7 to get my little one to kindergarten

I'm in bed by 8 now that I'm pregnant. Before I would go to bed around 11-12

I go to bed around 9-10 and wake up at 5am.  Wanting to sleep more but have stayed on the schedule my whole pregnancy so far

I tend to fall asleep at 11pm then Im in zombie mode from 1am until.  I just can't sleep inva day maybe 4/5 hours via naps.
