Smell and discharge...

So, I have always had a discharge problem, even a year or two before I started my period. It's every day and pretty excessive. It smells pretty bad as well - a fishy smell (which is normal) but it smells bad like it's not normal. Sometime it seems like it leaks through my panties, which makes me feel like my legs have to be closed so that others don't smell it. Also, my lady bits are quite hot. Is that normal? Just curious.
