What are you feeding your baby w reflux

Question

My baby is on purees and formula. What are u feeding your babies with reflux?  My doctor said she could be eating 3 meals a day. Sue bately eats purees !

My son has reflux & uses Enfamil Gentleease. Plus he eats 4oz of baby food at lunch & dinner. We try to avoid anything with citrus that could make the reflux worse, especially at dinner. I've been making him bananas, pears (which help a lot when he's constipated), green beans, peas, squash, sweet potatoes, blueberries & we tried apples but he had a reaction to them. It started with him only eating a few spoonfuls to maybe 2 oz in the beginning, but now we're a month in and he'd eat 8 oz at each sitting if I let him lol. I think it takes like 20 times of tasting one flavor to get used it the doctor said, so it can take some time for them to get used to and like them.

My son had it bad the first 4 months of his life. He is on gerber good start soy formula now and we honestly give him any foods.. We just make sure he isn't laying down after. As long as he is sitting up for at least 30 minutes after eating he's ok.
