what's going on?

So my cervix suddenly feels unusually round and plump I guess? Maybe swollen is a better word. It's firmish but not to firm, sealed shut and about a medium height. Did anyone have their cervix go suddenly very round? Y days until AF is due and I thought I didn't even ovulate this month, no EWCM or even ultra watery CM. I'm hoping It's pregnancy and not the return of CIN3 I don't think I could handle that kind of blow again.
