future advice

Okay! So my husband is currently deployed. When he gets home, we're going to be TTC but not. If that makes any sense. Is there anything I can do before he gets home (within the next 3 months) to start getting my eggs ready? I know this sounds strange to some but I really am obsessed with having twins. I do know however that it's just luck of the draw but is there anything that I should be doing to help out our chances of getting me knocked up? Hahaha. Help a sista out ! I was diagnosed with PCOS in October 2015 and I haven't had many of the symptoms of it at all besides later periods than normal. Help! Please! TIA!
