I went to a Naturopath on Monday not really for my fertility but, because I really have always wanted to go. Even when I was I was young I have never really liked take medicine. I have Adhd I hated taking my medication and rarely took it. I get migraines I also hated taking those medications as well. I love eating healthy. I believe that if you are giving your body the nutrients (vitamins and minerals) will heal itself. In May I found out I was pregnant at 11 weeks 3 days I had a miscarriage. My husband and I were devastating. Well that pushed a little bit more to see a Naturopath. I think that I am very healthy person but, was really interested to see what she had to say. So I set up an appointment. Now I had talked to her about my miscarriage and my migraines I believed were hormonal migraines because I would mostly get them when I was about to start my period or was on my period. I found out that I was get my migraines from a epstien barr virus that affects my tissues. It is not always attacking body it goes dormant. I have apparently had this for a long time. I have inherited it from my mother or father and it ran in my family for a long time. It affect my migraines and my uterus. It will take about 3 months to get this virus out of my body. So we are not to try for 3 months. I am really interested to see if this helps us to conceive. Has anyone seen a Naturopath? I like to hear people stories advice and whether or not it helped to conceive?
