first time mommy to be

Hey guy! I'm not due for my first dr apt until oct 31, which feels like an eternity away. But I'm so paranoid about everything I do. I really just want to make it to my apt so they can tell me everything is ok. I'm 4 weeks and 3 days today. Any tips?
