mild sharp pains in uterus?

Has anyone else had mild sharp pains in their middle lower abdomen? They have been coming and going periodically for a couple of hours. Mainly when I get up to pee, they start after I get back to bed and fade after about 20 mins. Braxton Hicks? Ligament pain? 
It's the middle of the night so don't wanna have to go to hospital but am worried! No blood so that's good.

Round ligament pain. It's extremely common in the beginning of second trimester. Mine hurts the most when I get up as well.

I'm 16weeks & having the same problem.. I think it's just everything stretching. It's my first baby so everything is so new to me, I worry about every little pain.

Ive been having those pains all day. My sides hurt even when I pee. Im thinking maybe its a UTI. Or even just the uterus stretching since Ive popped last week.

Same feeling I was having last weekend. It was horrible! But I associated it the uterus just stretching to make room for baby. :)

No need to worry it's usually normal. It's stretching and sometimes the pain is sharp. It's a horrible feeling
