32 weeks BH or Contractions

I've been having BH/contractions every 20 mins for the past 3 days water and changing position is no longer working but the pain doesn't get worse they're just consistent . I seen my doctor today and explained to her what was going on she told me that I would know the difference. She didn't check to see if I was dilated but she did check to see if my sons head was down and it was. She then spent 15mins looking for his heartbeat, couldn't find it but since she heard movement everything was fine. I believe everyone's different and feel like I might go into labor early and not know it cause I'm ignoring my symptoms. With my daughter my water broke they then induced me but I didn't feel unbearable pain till it was time to push. So if I could get some feed back on what other think I'm having that would be great.
