pregnancy test, positive or negative?

So I took a pregnancy test this morning but so you can help me out I feel I have to tell you the whole story. So me and my husband have been ttc for 7 months. I came of the pill 11 months ago after having been on it since I was 15 years old, I'm now 29. My cycles have been very irregular since I stopped the pill with cycle lengths ranging from 31-45 days. But the last two cycles were both 31 days so I was hoping that finally things were getting in order. So now I'm on cycle day 35 and decided to take a pregnancy test to see if it were just my irregular cycles again or if I am finally pregnant. 

Like you can see from the pictures there is a very faint line but as I have never been pregnant before I don't know how to interpret this and I really don't want to get my hopes up 😊
