A question about blue dye test

E.B. • Thu, Oct 13 • mommy of two. 4 old boy with ASD and ADHD and a 2 old little girl that was born 5 weeks early <3 Due with little rowen 2/7/18

So I took one of the blue dye test and anciently got wee in the little window part and it look like it the dye ran but it cleared up and came out negtive. Should i take it as a negtive or should i retake? 5 days until AF is due.
