Do you have a cold?

Is it pretty normal in the last 3 months to be getting a cold? Like is this something I should get used to? Lol

My doctor wasn't worried which makes me feel better, but I want to know how much "approved meds" and honey to stock up on lol!

Your immune system is lowered because you're pregnant so you will be more susceptible to colds and other germs, viruses, bacteria, etc. I've gotten two so far. I drink tons of water, take high amounts of vitamin C, gargle with apple cider vinegar if I get a sore throat, and eat oregano (I grow it). Also a good probiotic helps. I make my own kefir but you can find capsules, yogurts and other things with it. That and losts of rest.

I drink 250ml of ginger mixed with 250ml of orange on daily base until now nothing I feel
Totaly fine and I don't even take a flu shot.
